Gay marriage bill removed from the GOP agenda

frist Republicans have announced that they're abandoning their gay marriage ban plan this year. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist said yesterday that a constitutional amendment defining marriage as between a man and a woman grew less urgent because 13 states banned gay nuptials in the November elections. We say they're just finished with scapegoating us until the next election rolls around. When asked if the legislation will be introduced, Frist replied, "Maybe not this year, but in all likelihood in this Congress."
