Jass Stewart runs for mayor of Brockton
Is the blue-collar Massachusetts town of Brockton ready for a gay African American mayor who's married, and a father? Jass Stewart is counting on it. Stewart, 33, is the first aspirant to announce his candidacy. Mayor John Yunits is not seeking another term and City Council president James Harrington is running.
