Gay former Governor McGreevey adjusts to private life

mcgreevey Two and a half months after resigning as New Jersey's governor, Jim McGreevey, 47, is beginning to build on his resume while he figures out his next move. While he has no plans to try his hand at elected office again, demand continues to be high for McGreevey's own words about having kept his being gay a secret, marrying twice, fathering two children, and ultimately outing himself and giving up a job he worked a lifetime to get. His friend State Senator Raymond Lesniak says, "I get calls regularly from major TV shows wanting to interview him. Everyone wants him to write books. He's taking things slowly right now," Lesniak said. So, will the gay governor spill the rest of the beans? "It's inevitable. It probably will happen sometime next year."
