Outfest reveals Desperate Housewives secrets The cast and crew of Desperate Housewives dropped some 2nd season secrets this weekend in a panel discussion dubbed "Queer is Just a Frame of Mind on Wisteria Lane." The event was part of Outfest 2005: The 23rd Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. Marcia Cross, pictured, explained, "It's written by primarily gay men and, I think, a few gay women. So, in that sense, you've got to wonder what is that connection that they have written these women so well - men have written these females extraordinarily well."
