Gay newspapers are not obscene, can stay in libraries
Ohio Gay Peoples Chronicle and Outlook Weekly can continue to be distributed at libraries thanks to a ruling that the papers are not obscene. But a separate legal opinion by the Franklin County prosecutors office says that all free publications could be removed from the lobbies and put behind a counter.
