Gay man Garry Carriker charged with criminal HIV transmission
Atlanta Garry Wayne Carriker, 26, awaits trial on sex-crime charges that he knowingly gave other gay men HIV. Released on bond in March, he was arrested two more times on similar charges. Prosecutors have dusted off a rarely used Georgia law, charging him with felony reckless misconduct.
