Queer Eye takes a rather Extreme turn Queer Eye's Fab Five are delivering something of a twist this season, or perhaps they've just decided to get a lot more extreme, as in Extreme Makeover more specifically. Where they've normally found schleppy fashion violating souls with hygiene problems, it seems the boys are turning off onto a somewhat higher road. Watch for straight guy Lt. Stephen Halliday, 45, a New York City firefighter who received third-degree burns on more than 50 percent of his body in a St. Albans house fire in late 2002. Halliday lay in a drug-induced coma the first six weeks of his recovery. He had several operations and skin grafts too.�[Date: 29-Jun-05 ]
