Gay senior murder case reopened after fifteen years UK: Police are reopening the murder case of Arthur Eathorne, 74. He was found severely beaten to death in December 1990. Robert Kennedy was convicted, only now forensic evidence proves Kennedy didn't do it. Eathorne, a gay man, received a number of visitors at his Plymouth flat.�
