Connecticut women tried for Valentine marriage license again

It kind of takes the fun out of Valentine's Day, said Miller as she climbed the stairs toward the city clerk's office on the second floor. For the past three years, Marshall, 51, and Miller, 43, have used Valentine's Day to ask the city to legally take notice of their relationship. This year, as before, the answer was no. I'm terribly sorry, assistant city clerk Sandra Greenhalgh said, but the laws of Connecticut haven't changed. The Day[Date: 15-Feb-05 ]
